Dr. Victoria Martin has been in private practice in the Dallas, Ft. Worth area since 1989. During this time she has also been co-founder and vice president of Southwest Child and Family Associates; Medical Director of the Excel Center; Medical Director of New Day Hospital; Psychiatric Consultant for Dallas County Mental Health/Mental Retardation, Highland Park Presbyterian Church and Our Friend's Place.

She has lectured extensively at seminars and others functions in the area and been a featured guest many times on local radio stations.

Dr. Martin is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatry, which puts her in the top-tier of her field. She earned her doctorate from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio; graduated summa cum laude from the University of Texas at Arlington; and is a graduate of Lake Highlands High School.
